Copper House Kiss

  • 2 parts Cinzano Prosecco
  • 2 parts Adnams Copper House Gin
  • 1 part Bols Strawberry

Just add Fentimans Rose Lemonade and garnish with a fresh strawberry.

Bulldog Breeze

  • 1 part Bulldog Gin
  • 1 part Aperol
  • 2 parts Orsola Prosecco

Just add Soda Water.

  • 2 parts Copeland Raspberry & Mint Gin
  • 1 part Fentimans Bitter Lemonade
  • 1 part Cinzano Prosecco

Garnish with fresh raspberries and a spring of mint.

  • 2 parts Copeland Strawberry & Basil
  • Muddle a handful of fresh berries
  • 1 part Orsola Prosecco

Serve with fresh Strawberries.

Oriental Spice

  • 2 parts Gunpowder Gin
  • 1 part Cinzano Vermouth Extra Dry
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters

To garnish, add some lemon zest and cracked black pepper.

  • 2 parts Ha’Penny Gin
  • 5 parts lemon juice
  • 1 part Bols Crème De Cassis

Garnish: blackberries & 1 tsp of white sugar.

  • 2 parts Ha’Penny Rhubarb
  • 1 part Fentimans Grapefruit Tonic
  • 1 part Bolla Prosecco

Garnish: 1 thinly sliced rhubarb stalk and spring of fresh thyme.

  • 2 parts Jawbox Gin
  • 1 part Bols Strawberry
  • 2 parts Orsola Prosecco

Garnish: cucumber, mint leaves, lemon and sugar

  • 1 part Bolla Prosecco

Serve in a champagne flue with a wedge of fresh pineapple.

  • 1 part Angels Peach Schnapps over ice
  • Top up with Fentimans Bitter Lemonade
